Kiwanis Park Yoga – Memorial Weekend Update

Good morning, fellow humans. I wanted to let you know that we will not get in a park practice tomorrow because of the inclement weather conditions but I have created a Zoom link to allow us another morning home practice. This link is fully functioning and will be open at 7:30am and class may run a bit past 9:00am. You can join and leave at any time as I have built this into the meeting parameters.

For your peace of mind, I make it a rule not to provide any video other than for mine–so you may remain completely out of view. Your audio will be muted upon entry FYI.

Since we are practicing at home, I am going to ask you to have a bed pillow handy, strap/belt (any facsimile) and a throw/blanket. A block or two is good and you can create some height with books (or your solid flower pots inverted) easily. The plan is to use all of these things.

If you are a regular attending the park, i would ask you to invest in a tennis ball since i can’t hand mine out for use. This is a great staple for us along with a block & a strap. It’s not mandatory but it does create some nice deepening for the practice.
