i am subbing diane’s 6:30p yoga 1 @ schoolhouse yoga’s north hills studio tonight. thanking Dobra Tea (Pittsburgh, PA) and their amazing miso soup, rosemary hotcha and bean paste delicacies for fueling tonight’s class. if you love miso soup–they have one of the best in the area…i know, it makes no sense. so maybe now is a good time to ask yourself…SELF! when are you gonna stop OVER-thinking EVERYTHING?!

keep your eyes tuned to the “inshaler magazine” for spring info on the 2018 kiwanis park yoga program. we traditionally start on the first saturday in may.

today is the last session of 2017!

special love and prayers go to our dear yogi jody rieg and her family as their home was seriously damaged in a fire two weeks ago.  they will be living in temporary housing for months as they work to rebuild and recover.  to know jody is to love her and we do!!!

details about our social gathering are to follow soon.

yoga is on this morning at the park.  this is homecoming weekend so it may be a bit busy again.

i am sorry to report that i have been battling illness all week and will not be able to teach any of my saturday classes.  therefore, kiwanis park will be cancelled this week.  please also keep it in your mind that this season, we are going through september.  i will be speaking to tim rogers about our sunday afternoon yoga and potluck gathering which will probably coincide with the last session’s timeframe.  that is the hope, to have some time where those who wish to gather and commune, will be able to do so.  there is such sadness when i have to leave so immediately after class and can’t get to share time with you after.

i will not be teaching at schoolhouse on saturday.  jamie demarco will be subbing for me and she is absolutely wonderful!  my hope is to be teaching on sunday…

please stay well and don’t push yourselves!

it’s brisk but dry, so will see you on the courts!!

yoga is on this morning.  please try to remember to bring something dense and fluffy should we need stuffing under our knees, head or any other body parts!

next saturday there will be no yoga at the park. we will resume the saturday after labor day weekend should the weather allow.

next sunday at schoolhouse, only one morning 11am session will be running .  it is labeled “yoga 1” but it will be for those who want gentle too–it is there for all wanting their practice regardless of the classificiation.

i got in last night from our road trip and will be on the courts this morning!  see you there sleepyheads 😉

a little pea soup this morning but no rain so far…we will still be able to practice.  see you there!!!

Though it looks and feels like october this morning, weatherbug says no rain for a while.  layer up if you are going to join us!  bring something fluffy for a makeshift prop if possible.
