To the dearest yogi crew:

The messages received have gone straight to my heart! Your love and support are deeply meaningful and remind me that I am allowed to fall apart–in private or in public.

The good news is that I am feeling much stronger and my heart is believing again. Letting go of our beloveds happens layer by layer and never the same way.

So yoga tomorrow…let’s say that we may be on the losing again again due to rain. We are on confirmation AM status as a result. I don’t know about you but I am having serious woodpecker withdrawals!!! So fingers crossed and everything else that doesn’t hurt…tune in around 6:30a’ish as usual.
