Hello all. It seems the rain and damp cold are going to cling through the weekend. Due to the soaking rains and the on-going saturation of the courts, it is for comfort and primarily safety reasons, tomorrow’s practice is being called-off. It will not bring much joy with these conditions, HOWEVER, i am happy to lead a practice from home! I am including the link and it will go from 8am to 9am as it normally would at the park. The benefit is that you have blankets and pillows and books to stack and not have to lug there!

I find that I do not prefer to be seen when I take a class online and this helps keep everyone feeling safe and private and wherever they are ‘in their feelings’ and IN THEIR PAJAMAS too! :)))) The audio will be muted when you join and you have the ability to speak after class if you wish. I believe the “chat” box also is live so I can also see things coming in if there are questions. If you have any questions before class, feel free to email me (always).
