Good evening all! As we are waiting out the wicked weather tonight and are wondering about practice tomorrow, the desire and ability to try a remote practice is going to be the best option in light of 1) potential storm damage & clean-up necessary in the park and 2) the reversal of our congregating in groups of more than 25, etc. Since we have so much experience now on a variety of “pre-emptive strikes”, this is our own attempt to create greater access to our practice tomorrow and you quite seriously just have to roll out of bed to get to your mat. I have done some teaching on line and as this is what most teachers are having to use even with the loosening measures. The beauty is we can really have some unimpeded access to oxygen (yay!) and have all the amenities of what our home has to offer! So i offer this because i would rather not have us all scrambling and wondering last minute and then having the dilemma of too many showing up–let’s just make some good opportunity of my zoom account and see how you like this venue. There will never be the splendor of practicing in the outdoors under a cerulean sky, but we can certainly find some other benefits and for some of us, this creates just the right kind of environment at this time.
