good morning, yogi community. i don’t always post my teaching schedule but since some of you asked on saturday at the park, i thought i would make it easier to find than scrolling through the archive posts.
i am subbing 4 extra classes (all in the north hills studio on the access road to ross park by half price books or on mcknight road, lower lot) at schoolhouse yoga this week and there is NO KIWANIS PARK YOGA on saturday. my schedule is as follows with extras included:
4:30p – 5:45p GENTLE. (North Hills)
6:30p – 7:45p YOGA I (North Hills)
11:30am – 12:45pm GENTLE (Chair Centered) (North Hills)
9:30am – 11:00am YOGA 1 (North Hills)
11:30a – 12:45p GENTLE (North Hills)
10:00am – 11:15am GENTLE (Squirrel Hill)
9:00am – 10:30am YOGA 1 (North Hills)
11:00am – 12:15am GENTLE (North Hills)
have a wonderful week and please work to take care of yourself. rest and listen to your body. if you sleep with your cell phone on and next to your bed, you might try turning it completely off if you have that ability and put it in a drawer away from you. notice the difference in your quality of sleep upon wakening and your maintained ability to function/focus throughout the day with this one adjustment. it could make a huge difference in your life. de-accessorize, de-accessorize, de-accessorize! 🙂
