good morning, folks. with the rain bringing no possibility of yoga in the park this morning, all is not lost. come check out the the nutrition festival happening in wexford from 9a to 6p. go to comeready.com for details and sign up for classes. i will be leading a 12:30p – 1:30p “elementary yoga” session. you can easily wear whatever you are comfortable in amd not have to worry about getting changed. it might be a nice way to have a gentle intervention with someone you care about that you have been trying to expose to an actual physical experience. there are plenty of other things to do and learn about as well on this rainy day. there is no cost.
