New Fall Schedule Starts Monday, 9/23/13

Thank you for being so patient about the new schedule, it is finally here!

MONDAY

4:00pm – 4:45pm Walking Meditation (or sitting if you like!)
5:00pm – 5:45pm Gentle
6:00pm – 7:00pm Basics

WEDNESDAY

8:15am – 9:00am Gentle
9:15am – 10:30am Mindful Flow
6:00pm – 7:15pm Mindful Flow

FRIDAY

8:15am – 9:00am The Mindful Express
9:15am – 10:30am Mindful Flow
6:00pm – 7:15pm Mindful Flow

SATURDAY

10:00am – 10:45am Gentle
11:00am – 12:00pm Basics
12:30pm – 1:30pm Flow

The studio remains closed on TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS and SUNDAYS to promote other community outreach projects.

Please note than on SATURDAY, OCT. 5th, there will only be the 10:am – 10:45am Gentle and Park Yoga if the weather allows from 8:00am – 9:00am at Kiwanis Park. Park Yoga is scheduled to run through October weather-permitting. Just make sure you check in the morning of to make sure. Tomorrow morning is looking pretty ‘sketchy’ so be sure to check, I usually post the definitive answer around 7:00am.
